The soreness in my muscles is finally subsiding, I am so very thankful that I took yesterday off. I am pretty sure my body really needed it. I was back at it today though, and I added some workouts I learned while doing the evening crunch.
Day 18:
Ran 2.5 miles, walked 1/2 mile
65 crunches
65 reverse crunches
65 leg lifts
65 side crunches
30 second plank
65 sliders
30 medicine ball twists (with legs up)
5 push-ups
65 weight lifts (all-including triceps this time)
65 squats
65 pulsating squats
...and it was AMAZING!! I sweated my butt off today :)
