For the 5th of March
Speed Walked 1.5 miles
50 crunches
35 leg lifts per leg (for a total of 70)
50 squats
50 second plank
50 standing crunches
and for the 6th of March;
I took the day off from traditional working out because I had to work and my job allows me to get in over 15,000 steps. For yesterday (the 6th) my step total was 17,776 steps.
