I did not let my sore muscles keep me completely down for Day 16, instead I ran 2 miles and walked .5 mile. That's it, that is all I did but I am proud of myself. My reward: ice packs over my entire body.
Today I am still sore, but once again for day 17 I will be running (at the very least).
On a separate note; my health journey has inspired my wonderful husband to begin his own health journey (though he won't call it that) so yay!! His first day is today :)
How did your workout go? Do you ever experience the muscle soreness? Do you love it or hate it? I know that might seem like a weird question, who would love muscle soreness, but I kind of do because it means I accomplished something!!
