I am currently participating in a Crowdtap sample and share. My sample and share is a 210 count box of Kleenex brand tissue. Part of the sample and share is a challenge to come up with ways to use tissue that does not include blowing your nose, though we know that is the best way to use tissue. It took some creativity to come up with different ways, but I managed to come up with 5.
Make your own mini roses which can be used for many crafts such as wreaths, hair pieces, decoration and other things.
Use Kleenex brand tissues to create birdseed bags for weddings instead of buying tulle, or use them as weights for balloons.
Kleenex brand tissues are very soft and can be used to remove dust from delicate screens. I use them to remove the dust from my television screen and the fingerprints from my iPhone screen.
Tissues make a great painting tool, you can create abstract designs, use them when you do not have a paint brush available, or in addition to your other painting tools.
They can also be used to shine an apple which you can then gift to your favorite teacher or friend, or make your apple nice and shiny for your own lunch.
I always welcome suggestions, if you know of other creative ways to use Kleenex brand tissues please use the comment section. I look forward to reading your creative ways!

Over the past few years I have been a Crowdtap member and as such I have had the opportunity to be a part of "Sample and Share's". I have sampled, for free, a new coat and swimming suit from Old Navy, mouthwash from Listerine, body wash from Herbal Essences, and those are just a few. This week I am privileged to be a part of two separate sample and shares, the first being tissues from Kleenex brand.
My challenges for this particular sample and share are to first find other ways to use Kleenex tissues besides blowing your nose, and my second challenge was to give my Kleenex's a home in my home and take a picture. The second challenge was pretty simple.
...But I think I'm going to need a little help coming up with new ways to use Kleenex brand tissues besides blowing my nose. Therefore I am asking your help in addition to employing my husband, children, family and friends to come up with new ways as well. I always try to be creative and have fun with my sample and share's and this one will be no different.

So as I was perusing Pinterest today looking for new and exciting crafts to complete I came across a life hack, gotta love those! But seriously, some of these life hacks I skim over and think...yea right...while others make me go ... duh, why didn't I think of that. This particular life hack was for emergency situations:
It stated that in emergency situations crayons will burn for 30 minutes....well, of course I had to give it a try:
...and as you can see it actually worked. So folks, in emergency situations a crayon really will burn. They are a little hard to get going, but once they begin they provide a decent size flame. Also the wax remains contained in the wrapper for the most part. There was a bit of wax that dripped down the side but most of it cooled before it reached the plate I have my crayon sitting on.
...add a box of crayons to the emergency kit, and as always Enjoy.
