I have been approved to "slow jog" and walk, so #REDFAM is a go. I will definitely not be able to log as many running miles as I had hoped before the accident, but I will still be logging miles and that counts!
Day 1 (August 1st) of #REDFAM and day 23 of A New Health Journey for a Happy Life:
Slow jogged 1 mile, walked 3.5 miles
I can't do any of my other exercises at the moment. My back can't handle the strain and I don't want to do any permanent damage so I am holding off.
Day 2 (August 2nd) of #REDFAM and day 24 of A New Health Journey for a Happy Life:
Slow jogged 3.4 miles, walked .5 miles.
