Oh yes, I did! I achieved and surpassed today's goal of 4,226 steps (Thank you UP24 for the motivation!)
Today's movement:
Speed walked 2 miles (treadmill) with weights
50 crunches
30 side leg lifts (per leg for a total of 60)
60 second plank
50 squats
50 back leg kicks
** I really wish I knew the "proper" names for the exercises I do**
