Okay, so I had every intention of at the very least running today but my muscles were extremely sore so I opted to give my body a rest. I really wanted to run but my body would not do it, so instead I treated myself to a bubble bath. Tomorrow I'll be getting back into the regular swing of things, right now my muscles are extremely relaxed! Bubble baths are amazing!
My husband on the other hand, did run 2 miles and beat my time (on his first run) by almost a minute!! Amazing
