Firstly I would just like to say that I am not nearly as strong as I thought I was. Yesterday's workout killed my arms; which is why I am just now posting my workout.
Day 15:
Ran 1 mile, walked .5 miles (It was super hot!!)
Completed the evening crunch at the Rec Center;
90 bicycle kicks
90 medicine ball twists
90 sliders
90 exercise ball push-ups
100 crunches
60 back crunches
weight lifting (oh how the weights killed my arms!!)
