Day 11 Routine:
Ran 2 miles, walked 1 miles ( burned 499 calories)
55 crunches
55 reverse crunches
55 leg lifts
55 side crunches
30 back leg kicks
40 second plank
55 weight lifts (all per usual)
55 squats
55 pulsating squats.
Just realized I left out the push-ups :(
Now 2 rest days, although I will be mowing ALOT this weekend...push-mowing that is, so I'll still be burning calories. Most likely I will end up running...I'm addicted...but at the moment my legs are celebrating their upcoming rest.
